Complaints & Appeals

NVC RTO takes candidate complaints seriously and treats them confidentially.  NVC has candidate grievance and appeal procedures in place to ensure your rights are respected. You have the right to complete and lodge a formal complaint form if you wish.  Your course co-ordinator or the RTO Manager can explain procedures.

 

Circumstances which may result in a complaint could include – but are not limited to the following:

  • Assessment procedure
  • Discriminatory behaviour
  • Unprofessional behaviour

 

Making a complaint to ASQA

To make a complaint, candidates are to complete the Complaint about a registered training organisation form located on the ASQA website.

The candidate can also submit the form by emailing: complaintsteam@asqa.gov.au.

If the candidate wishes to submit the complaint in hard copy they can print and fill out the form, and post it to:

Staff are to provide assistance to candidates during the complaint handling process. If candidate’s require additional help they may call the ASQA complaints team on 1300 701 801, or go to the complaints section on the ASQA website at www.asqa.gov.au
